Warranty Claim in Boat Products  !!!






Want to know, how to claim warranty in your purchased boat products, i.e. earphones, headphones, or any other product.

Let's Start to know how to claim it, and get a new replaced product.

But, before Starting, Please read all the warranty related information before proceeding to applying for warranty.   READ THIS FIRST : Warranty Details & Conditions

After you read all the warranty conditions, Your product should be in the warranty period. whether it can be 1 year / 2 year depending on the product warranty period given by the company from the date of purchase.

FIRST Registering a Complaint

First, Go to this Website " Boat Support " and go to the web page and find the option tab " Register a Complaint ", Click on that You then get a page Saying " Have you registered your product with us ?? ". If you have registered your product then follow further steps, IF NOT ! then just click on the Option " NO " 

Second, Now you will get a Complaint registration form. Just fill it up all the details. NOTE, Here you have to upload the Invoice and also to enter the invoice number.

Third, After Finalizing all the details entered , Submit the Form and you will get the Ticket Number. From this Ticket Number you can track your Complaint status.

AFTER Registering Complaint 

First, You need to pack the defective product in its box or in some box. (You may use  a small box which can be easy handle and also the product can be easily kept inside it)

Second, Keep the Invoice safe, which you got along with the product purchase. This invoice may be asked by the Delivery Person to confirm its your product. The Invoice has to be given to delivery person (if asked).

Third, The process of  sending your defective product to the company will takes place.

Fourth, You can track the product on the boat website / delivery service website (if available) using your Ticket Number / Tracking ID respectively.

Fifth, You will get the notification as message or email at every step that your product has been reached at service center, replaced your product by company, dispatched the replacement product to your respective address.

Sixth, You finally get a call by delivery person, that your replacement product has arrived and now you will get the replacement product.
