The Warranty Card provided with your Harman Audio product contains the full terms and conditions of your warranty.
Unless a different warranty period is stated in the Warranty Card provided with your Harman Audio product, Harman Audio warrants for a period of 1 year (5 years for any non-powered speakers) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Harman Audio authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. Refer to the Warranty Card provided with your Harman Audio product for specific details including what is not covered along with other terms and conditions.

➤ Second, If located the service center nearby, then you need to physically go to the nearest service center along with the invoice, defective product, warranty card (optional).
➤ Third, Now inside the service center, ask for you product replacement and describe you issues with your product which you are facing. They will repair/replace your product accordingly.

If Service Center is not nearby your location. 🚩
➤ First, You need to locate the nearest service center around your location. Check Service Center Lists in India. If not available any service center nearby, then ask the customer care for the nearest service center through which you can replace your product.

➤ Second, After contacting customer care they will send you the service request number in your phone number/email id.
➤ Third, You need to pack the defective product in its box or in some box or in and envelope. (You may use a small box which can be easy handle and also the product can be easily kept inside it)

➤ Fourth, Inside the envelope or box there you must add contents like invoice copy, defective product, warranty card (optional), A paper in which your personal details like name, your address, email id, phone no, service request number, through which they can easily contact you.
➤ Fifth, Now post the product by any courier service to the given service center. (NOTE : You have to give the charges for courier)
➤ Sixth, You now wait for the product to recieve at the service center which the customer care provided.
➤ Seventh, You will get the notification as message or email at every step that your product has been reached at service center, replaced your product by company, dispatched the replacement product to your respective address.
➤ Eighth, You finally get a call by delivery person, that your replacement product has arrived and now you will get the replacement product.
